Chelsea have rejected an offer for N’Golo Kante from Inter that included Marcelo Brozovic as a counterweight – and the Blues are also not interested in a deal for Christian Eriksen.
Kante’s 2019/2020 campaign was hampered by injury which limited the Frenchman to just 22 Premier League appearances. Last season aside, the 29-year-old has been consistently world-class since arriving at Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2016.

Throughout the summer, Kante has been linked with a strong interest in the relentless midfield, with Inter moving away from the Blues. According to the Guardian, the Nerazzurri recently made a move for Kante’s services.
It has been reported that Inter have snapped up Marcelo Brozovic from Chelsea in a part-exchange deal but the offer has been rejected. The Serie A side have also suggested adding Eriksen to the talks, but the idea has since been rejected.
Frank Lampard is keen for Kante to remain part of his squad and the Frenchman is more than happy to stay at the club at the moment.
Inter already have an active transfer window and manager Antonio Conte – who won the Premier League title with Kante during the 2016/2017 campaign – has sold some players to finance direct cash deals. will need to.
